Letterbox Games

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail and you will have the option to select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

The options include Tracked 24 (1 working day from despatch) and Tracked 48 (2 working days from despatch). During busier periods there may be delays.


Please note: We only ship to the UK and if you’re ordering more than 1 letterbox game, the postage price will be calculated based on size and weight.

Do I need anything to play A Curious Tea Party?
You will need scissors, a mirror, an internet connection and a device (phone/tablet/laptop).

E-Vouchers

What can I use my voucher for?
Our Print & Play and Digital Game E-Vouchers are exclusively valid for any of our print & play and digital games. They are not valid for Escape Rooms, Outdoor Games and Virtual Reality Experiences but you can view our full range of gifting options here.

How much do your gift vouchers cost?
We have a variety of gifting options available, starting from just £7.99, and you can view the full range here.

How long do you gift vouchers last?
All of our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Subscription & Subscription E-Vouchers

How does the subscription work?
Once you purchase your subscription, you'll be added to our subscription list and you will receive your first print & play game on the 10th day of the following month. This will be followed by each other game every 30 days until your subscription is complete.

What games are included in your subscription?
We currently have a 5 month subscription available which includes:
  • Stolen
  • The Treasure of the Aztecs
  • Murder at the Mansion
  • The School of Magic
  • Level Up

How do subscription e-vouchers work?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an e-voucher via email that you can forward on to the lucky recipient. They can use this code to purchase a subscription & once they've subscribed, we'll take care of the rest!

The lucky subscriber will be added to our subscription list and they will receive their first print & play game on the 10th day of the following month. This will be followed by each other game every 30 days until the subscription is complete.

Print & Play Games

What do I need to play a Print & Play game?
Our print & play games all require a printer and a device you can use to connect to the internet (Mobile, Tablet, Computer etc). Some of our print & play games also require a Facebook Account in order to access certain functions.

How many people do I need to play the Print & Play games?
We recommend playing with a minimum of 2 players, with a suggested maximum of 6 players to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience.

How long will the Print & Play games last?
Our print & play games have a suggested gaming time of 1 hour, but this may vary depending on skill level. However, they all come with the freedom to take it at your own pace.

What happens if I can’t solve the games?
We want everyone to enjoy our games to the fullest – if you need a little helping hand we’ve created helping hand clueing tools that are provided as part of your game.

Digital Games

What do I need to play a Digital game?
Our digital games are web-based adventures that require a computer or laptop, along with an internet connection.

How many people do I need to play the Digital games?
We recommend playing with a minimum of 2 players, with a suggested maximum of 4 players to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience.

How long will the Print & Play games last?
Our Digital Games have a suggested gaming time of 1 hour, but this may vary depending on skill level.

Please note, for our digital games, once you access the game portals and start your game, you will only have 24 hours before your access expires and you will not be able to re-enter after this time.

What happens if I can’t solve the games?
We want everyone to enjoy our games to the fullest – if you need a little helping hand we’ve created helping hand clueing tools that are provided as part of your game.
